Crowning Glories

For those who may not have noticed, my business is on hold for the time being. God has placed a few challenges in our lives at this time and I found it best to hold on making hairbows at this time. Since I haven't posted in a while, I thought I would put on some pictures of great spring flowers and headbands. My lovely model held still long enough for a few shots, so enjoy! Please email me with any orders if you are inspired by the pictures. (Note: All flowers are on their own clips and can be interchangeable with different colored headbands. I can also try different centers if you have one in mind.) God bless!

These two pictures below are of the pink elegant daisies. The elegant daisies (otherwise known as "purple elegance" or "pink elegance") are $6 each. This flower is displayed with a 1.5 inch ivory colored crochet band.

This picture is a large pink zinnia displayed on a 1.5 inch pink crochet band.
The following picture is a small peach zinnia displayed on a 1.5 inch peach crochet band.

The next two pictures are a purple zinnia displayed on a 2.5 inch purple crochet band.

The next two pictures are gerber daisies...one pink and one yellow. The pink is on a 1.5 inch brown crochet band and the yellow is displayed on a 1.5 inch yellow band. (The gerber daisies come in a variety of colors--note the colors listed under pricing on the right side of this page.)

The next flowers are the smaller 2 inch daisies displayed on a solid knit white band. The first daisy is yellow and the second is a lime green. (The small daisies also come in light pink and white.)

This following picture is of a deep purple anemone flower displayed on the 2.5 inch purple band. The anemone also comes in a hot pink.

The last picture is a ribbon flower with ribbons in hot pink, yellow, and lime green with a glittered accent centerpiece. Ribbon flowers have been posted before, but this is a new addition! It is displayed on a 1.5 inch hot pink crochet band.

Another new creation...flowers made with loops of ribbon. They can be made in many different colors and designs.

The prices of ribbon flowers are $5.00 for a large ribbon flower and $4.00 for a medium ribbon flower.

I have experimented with some mini clips for those babies with sweet fine hair that just need a little something girly! :)

One style is the snap clips that are covered in a solid color ribbon and can be tipped with the same ribbon in a bow or another more colorful ribbon if desired. The snap clips run $3.50 per clip. Here is a picture of my latest in purple.


I can also do very simple alligator clips (the same as on the back of my other bows and flowers) in any color. These clips run $2.00 per clip. Here are a couple - one is pink polka dots and the other is pink with hearts.

I am busy working on Christmas creations! I feel so far behind, but I am finally starting to feel the early pregnancy sickness to ease a bit. Caring for a toddler and being pregnant is no easy task when there is so much to do! :) My praise to all the women who have gone before me!

I will be offering crocheted hats for sale too! I do not have any pictures, but will work on that this weekend! They are great for winter! They come in two different sizes: infant and kid. The infant size is quite smaller than the kid size, so take in consideration your child's head! :)

The hats run $6 a piece and come in the following colors:

• Infant size - mint, pink, blue, red, ivory, lavender

• Kid to adult size - black, french blue, navy, royal blue, light brown, dark brown, burgundy, red, forest green, slate, lime green, golden yellow, yellow, orange, hot pink, light pink, pink, lavender, purple, ivory, and white.
